This page explains what happens to information when you use meastline.com. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run the site and respond to enquiries.
1. Visits to the site
We don't use any analytics, tracking or advertising service. Like every website, our web host keeps standard server logs (such as the address of the request, the page asked for, the browser type and the time) for security and to show simple visit totals; these logs are kept by the host for a limited period.
2. The contact form
When you submit the contact form we collect the name, email address, company, phone number and message you provide, plus the IP address of the request (as a basic anti-abuse measure). We also note the name of the website that brought you to us, if any (for example a search engine or LinkedIn) — only the site’s name, not the page or anything about you. We use this only to respond to your enquiry, keep a record of it and understand which channels bring enquiries. Your message is delivered to our team's mailbox by our email delivery provider (Resend), and a backup copy is kept on our own server for up to 12 months. It is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing.
3. Cookies
The public website sets no cookies.
4. Third parties
The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google's servers to download them. Contact-form messages are sent to us through Resend, an email delivery service. No analytics or advertising services run on the site.
5. Your rights
You can ask us what enquiry data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. Email Info@meastline.com and we will action it.
